A heating and cooling shop on Hover Street.
Harrison Business HVAC Finishes works on commercial buildings and homes in Longmont and the St. Vrain Valley.
Nobody should be surprised by a dead rooftop unit.
Most rooftop units give plenty of warning — a heat exchanger starting to crack, a compressor drawing too much current, a cabinet rusting through. The warning only helps if someone reads it and writes it down.
So that is how we work. We service equipment properly, tell you what we saw, and keep a running plan of which unit is next. For homes, we do the same thing at the scale of one furnace.
What you can hold us to.
We say when
A time we can keep, and a call if it slips.
We explain first
No repair goes ahead until you understand it and approve it.
We write it down
Notes and photos after maintenance, repairs and hail inspections.
We warn early
Aging equipment named a season or a budget year ahead.
Licensing in Colorado
Colorado has no statewide HVAC contractor licence; contractor licensing and mechanical permits are handled by cities and counties, including the City of Longmont. Our local licence details will be listed here and in the footer.
About the name
“Finishes” in Harrison Business HVAC Finishes is part of the name, not the trade. Harrison does heating, ventilation and air conditioning only — no painting, coatings or building finishes.
Most of our work
Rooftop units, shops, restaurants and offices across Longmont.
A real part of it
Furnaces, air conditioners and heat pumps, by the same technicians.
